Shipping policy

FunUrbanGoods offers free shipping on all U.S. orders. We work with international suppliers to fulfill orders. Orders usually arrive in about 7–10 business days after dispatch; timing varies by address and carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking numbers to activate.

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volume, particularly around holidays and peak seasons. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Orders significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window may be eligible for review — contact support@funurbangoods.com with your order number for assistance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
